Roger has been involved in the Landscape industry for over 45 years. Originally establishing Morgan Pollard Landscapes in 1969 with Alan Morgan. Roger has been the principal designer for many years and has a wealth of expertise and knowledge based on the extensive and comprehensive experience gained over the years.
Roger acts as the Principal consultant on large-scale projects, often formulating the initial overall vision, establishing development schedules and coordinating the links between the designed and built phases of projects. Roger has many years of experience in running landscape contracts, working to tight budgets and problem solving to achieve quality results.
Charlotte Cameron
Senior Landscape Architect
BLA (Hons), NZILA Member
Charlotte joined Morgan and Pollard Associates as an intern in her final year of study at Lincoln University and has been closely affiliated with the company ever since. After obtaining 2 years professional experience within New Zealand Charlotte then embarked on her overseas experience to continue professional development on the international scene, where she worked on a number of high-profile contemporary urban and public realm projects in both Australia and the UK. She has since returned to Morgan and Pollard where she continues to apply and develop the valuable skills and experiences obtained in her past 5 years within the industry.
She has a unique understanding and appreciation of the role of a landscape architect on the environment which stems from her rural upbringing and her wide travel experience which has enabled her to build a strong portfolio of an extensive range of projects both locally and internationally. She is passionate about the environment and extremely dedicated to the landscape profession where as an NZILA member she constantly seeks to achieve high quality innovative and creative design outcomes for each project she undertakes.
Her strengths lie in her ability to apply her skills to meet a range of briefs from a number of clients in a variety of settings and her experience in design and project management throughout all phases of the design process, from concept through to completion.
Sharon Crofts
Landscape Designer

Sharon has worked for Morgan+Pollard as a landscape designer for 25 years.
Her strength is mainly in rural and residential design. Sher has a wonderful rapport with clients especially those who visit our nursery. Along with a good plant knowledge, Sharon has a great understanding of peoples lifestyles and meeting the demands of her clients needs from small courtyards to expansive homestead settings.
Fraser Miller
Senior Landscape Architect, BLA (hons), Registered NZILA
Fraser has recently joined the MPA team following 10 years experience working for a specialist landscape architecture and urban design firm in the upper North Island. He is skilled in project managing landscape design, urban design and landscape planning projects.
Fraser’s landscape design experience includes urban renewal, streetscape, parks & reserves, playgrounds, wetlands, subdivisions, schools, hospitals and commercial & residential developments.
Fraser also has considerable landscape planning expertise. He has prepared landscape, natural character and visual assessments for port infrastructure, private plan changes, telecommunication masts, substations, transmission lines, green field subdivisions, pack houses, roads, schools, childcare centres, commercial & residential developments and indigenous mangroves removal. He is an experienced expert witness at Council Hearings.
